Justin Moreno is a distinguished marketing executive and digital transformation leader with nearly twenty years of experience driving measurable growth through the integration of data, technology, and audience intelligence. An award-winning innovator in data-driven marketing, Justin is widely recognized for his ability to connect analytics, creative strategy, and emerging technologies to deliver transformative business outcomes. Throughout his career, Justin has advanced marketing performance and ROI for dozens of brands, from disruptive startups to global Fortune 100 enterprises.
Before founding PMA Group, Justin held senior leadership roles at several of the industry’s most innovative and influential organizations, including Chief Marketing Officer for Chubb Personal Risk Services, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer, and Senior Vice President of Products & Solutions at Publicis Groupe, where he helped the organization become the world’s most valuable agency holding company by market capitalization and revenue. Earlier in his career, he founded Publicis Media’s Solutions Consulting Practice, a strategic consultancy focused on omnichannel marketing strategy and activation across all Publicis agency brands including Starcom, Digitas, Zenith, Optimedia, Razorfish, Rosetta, PHM, Spark Foundry, & Performics. At PMA, Justin leverages his vision and expertise to help clients modernize their marketing ecosystems, eliminate inefficiencies, maximize ROI, and achieve sustainable organic growth.

Paul is a seasoned performance marketing executive with over 20 years of experience turning data into a source of competitive advantage for leading brands. His career includes leadership roles at several of the industry’s most forward-thinking marketing technology companies, such as Networked Insights, a pioneer in social marketing intelligence and audience analytics; Chango, a data-driven platform that helped usher in the era of real-time audience targeting; Conversant, a trailblazer in personalized advertising and data-driven media; and Performics, one of the original leaders in affiliate and search marketing, now part of Publicis Groupe.
Most recently, Paul led a data and software division at American Family Insurance, transforming it into a high-growth platform that became the company’s largest generator of marketing leads and consumer insights. Throughout his career, he has operated at the intersection of analytics, technology, and strategy, building systems that drive measurable growth and smarter marketing decisions. At PMA, he brings this vision and experience to help brands realize the full potential of performance marketing.

John Ardis is a seasoned marketing leader with nearly 40 years of experience in data-driven marketing, including more than 25 years in digital performance marketing. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Client Development at Epsilon (formerly Conversant), a division of Publicis Groupe, where he led a team of over 30 consultative sellers generating $750 million in revenue. Under his leadership, the team designed and executed integrated, personalized marketing programs for major global brands across retail, finance, travel, automotive, and hospitality—consistently driving measurable growth and strong returns on ad spend.
Earlier in his career, John held several leadership roles within Conversant (formerly ValueClick, Inc.), including Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Corporate Strategy, where he oversaw the integration of 20 acquired companies to unify data, technology, and client relationships. At Performance Marketing Advisors, John leverages his strategic insight to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen PMA’s position as a trusted advisor driving client success in today’s digital economy.
